I think mine is the whippy kind with a chocolate flake. But then I also like Chocolate Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce, no hold on - Chocolate Fudge Sauce.
    Then also .......................

    Too many sorts.
    What is your favourite?

My top 2 faves have to be ginger and/or coconut...when I can find it!

The most unusual flavour I have tried is wasabi which sounds grim but was actually very mild with just a little kick at the end and was really nice.

How I miss the Ben & Jerrys chunky monkey ice cream. It was a superb banana flavour ice cream with chunks of chocolate.

When I visit London, I treat myself to a gorgeous ice cream from Scoop. My favourite is Amarena with pasteurised Channel Island milk and Sicilian black cherries.

Failing that, I like a Magnum. The vanilla ice cream is smooth and it's covered with chocolate...........yum.

Generally chocolate. I used to love ben and jerrys vanilla toffee crunch but they stopped selling it. Then they had a core flavour with chocolate and hazelnut but stopped selling that. So then I fell back onto doughable impact core but they are stopping selling that now.
Years ago I loved the chocolate hazelnut Gino ginelli ice cream.
I love 99's but not lemon top, to me that's a girls ice cream. I used to like one called thunder and lightning which is vanilla with chocolate ripple and cinder toffee pieces.
Just remembered another, Kelly's vanilla is awesome, their other flavours that I have tried are not so good for some reason.

The best magnums are the almond ones. However they used to have a variety called Ghana which had hazelnut ice cream which were awesome. Again another great flavour gone.

Mint ice cream, it always feels somehow colder than any other flavour. I also love gingerbread flavour, but you can't often find that.

I'm not usually a fan of strawberry ice cream but Luca's in Musselburgh makes a gorgeous one. Also the blood orange sorbet.

Carte d'Or vanilla or Ben and Jerry's Caramel Chew Chew - in fact any ice cream with a toffee or honeycomb.

A cool Solero is lovely after hard work in the garden or ironing. Just discovered that Lidl copies are great, too.

    I can't have a second one today, can I? Really ..........?

Thing is, there are at least 2 different eras of ice cream flavours...

From modern ice cream, I like caramel or pistachio.

But from the classic flavours... rum & raisin.

I don't really eat much ice cream, not having a sweet tooth, but I would say vanilla.
I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.
