TSB switch. Concerns over salary 17th Jun 17 at 10:19 PM
I'm due to fully switch to TSB a few days before my salary is due to be paid into my account. I tried to change the switch date when I realised but it's too late now. I'm getting paid next week.
It's now too late to change my bank details with my employer in time.

The salary will therefore go into my old account.
Will it be automatically switched to my new TSB? And how long will it take?

I'll tell work my new details the day after we've been paid to avoid confusion now!
I just want to make sure I get my wages!

I answered* that question on one of your many other posts on this TSB switch. You did read it?

If you want some piece of mind, you could try and get an overdraft facility on the TSB account. The other day when you went to branch with ID (last Monday?) would have been a good time to ask for this. Does TSB guarantee no unplanned overdraft fees for the first x months if you use the CASS? Many banks do.

    * EDIT: The reply I've previously given you (ie "same day") was obtained from here...

You may recognise it? You've probably even got a copy?
