    Just joined a gym and using the spa facilities too, is there a 'better' order to use the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, or doesnt it really matter?

    Wasnt sure if in any particular order for maximum benefits to either skin, or breathing, or just do whatever i prefer?

    I tend to go Jacuzzi - Steam Room - Sauna - but not sure there is any reason for that!
