What exactly do you need from this "app"?

Need more detail to be able to answer.

The lack of effort in the post, and the fact you want an app, doesnt give me confidence you are willing to put in the effort to get results.

As above. What do you want/need? Have you access to a gym?

Just having an app on your phone won't make you fit.
Advice; it rhymes with mice. Advise; it rhymes with wise.

I have access to a gym. Looking to do some weights rather than the mind numbing cardio all the time

    You don't need an app.

You just need to do a little reading about weight training or ask someone at your gym. It's not complicated.

How exactly is an app going to correct small flaws in your technique? It isnt.

Talk to the experts. Even if its not paying for a PT, gym instructors are there to help you, just ask!

You could try try Stronglifts 5x5. My wife recommended it to me as I don't like to think too hard.

    I also hate public gyms.
