    Finally!!!! 16th Jun 17 at 2:35 PM
Just had my telephone interview and all done and dusted, lovely woman but have to pay £29 surplus for 3 years, dont know where that comes from but will wait for paperwork to come thru and will check, no more interviews needed

    Hi nikkirr,

Glad to hear your interview went well.
Yes, thoroughly check the paperwork as in my opinion £29 surplus seems pointless - it could be worth posting up a copy of your income & expenditure on here to see if people can advise if it is worth increasing certain amounts to balance your books so to speak.

Congrats, it's a bit of a relief when the telephone interview is over, isn't it?

£29 sounds very strict, are you sure you were thorough with the OR in terms of your expenditure? Wouldn't surprise me if you had additional expenses that you forgot to mention that would cover the £29.
