From the Prankster's blog. Man from Hungary sued by Pace, case heard 'on the papers' with bargepole defending.

Sorry BG, you must be having a nap!
Great read ...... Trading Standards can get things done

It's the DRP rubbish that Trading standards should go after

No UMK not napping, was in the shower with my neighbours wife
We cannot provide you with a silver bullet to get you out of this. You have to be in for the long run, and need to involve yourself in research and work for you to get rid of this. It is not simple. We will help, but can't do it for you.

I'm also waiting to see the (requested recently) transcript for the Excel appeal case (Dan whatshisname on pepipoo) the one that shot down CPS v AJH Films. High time CPS and people who get into bed with them were shot down.

Good old Judge Iyer, had them bang to rights. He made an A-S-S out of Ace Security Services (aka Pace). Well done bargepole too in no doubt providing the judge with the right bullets.

As an aside, it's the first time I've seen 'contra proferentem' ever mentioned in a court case.
