    I'm also waiting to see the (requested recently) transcript for the Excel appeal case (Dan whatshisname on pepipoo) the one that shot down CPS v AJH Films. High time CPS and people who get into bed with them were shot down.

    Good old Judge Iyer, had them bang to rights. He made an A-S-S out of Ace Security Services (aka Pace). Well done bargepole too in no doubt providing the judge with the right bullets.

    As an aside, it's the first time I've seen 'contra proferentem' ever mentioned in a court case.
