    I have only recently signed up to Noddle, all seems fine so far apart from one thing that I think needs to be corrected.

    There's an entry on there for a store card that was opened in 2008 and was last used in 2011 - but it is still showing as an active account. I am sure I contacted them at the time to close the account but in honesty I can't remember. I have also moved house a couple of times since then, so the address on that entry is incorrect.

    So basically, I want this account to be marked as closed on my report, and to my question:

    Do I contact the card issuing company, or do I dispute it via Noddle with the reason being that the account was closed?

    Sorry if this seems obvious

    Check with the Store card provider first (Wasn't Argos perchance? they seem to have a record to re-activating closed accounts for weird reasons).


    If they say it's closed, then go to CallCredit, as they're the CRA that Noddle pulls the data from.
