Mortgage with a settled Debt Arrangement scheme 15th Jun 17 at 7:22 PM
I have a settled DAS however six years has not passed since it was set up (Sept 2018).
Are there any lenders who will consider me as part of a joint mortgage application? TIA

Do you mean a DMP 'debt management plan' or an IVA? What sort of arrangement did you enter and when was it satisfied?

There are many lenders who will consider customers with either settled or recently settled DMP's. See link below (as a starter for ten).

You need a broker I reckon; some great ones on here who may be able to help out. read through the other threads to find out who they are; they know their stuff.

    Best of luck.

    Hi
DAS is a Scottish debt management type plan. It's just settled in full. Thanks for the link!

I am in Scotland and my DAS completed in December 2014. I was told I had no chance of getting a mortgage however I contacted a broker who was absolutely amazing and he has just got us a mortgage with a high street lender for 1.94%. I'm not sure if I am able to provide the details on here? He was on vouched for and his broker fee was worth every penny at £395.
