    Hi Anyone waiting for their re mortgage offer? It seems to be taking so long! We are self employed, and have provided SA302's however they have asked now for our accounts for the last 2 years is this normal?

    Yes this is normal for self certified mortgages

    The usual income requirement for the self-employed and directors owning 20% or more is;-

    HMRC SA302/or HMRC SA Online Tax Calcs for the latest two years


    Tax Year Overviews for those two years


    latest two years accounts.
