    Questionable CE-Services PCN? 14th Jun 17 at 3:22 PM
    Hi all, new member here.

I opened my mail yesterday only to discover a parking fine from Civil Enforcement. I've had a good read through the helpful advice on offer in here, but I'm a bit stumped as to how this happened at all, and certainly not willing to go down without a fight.

There are photos of my car entering and exiting the carpark, but these are from some sort of wall mounted camera pointing at the entrance. The incident date was 21st May but this PCN was issued 9th June (why so long?) so during that period of weeks that parking sticker I put on the dash had long since been binned with other rubbish in the car.

Any help would be appreciated folks, I'm quite frustrated at this situation.

Why it has happened is irrelevant now you are caught up in the "game"

Follow the advice in the newbies faq thread on how to deal with this (but you haven't been "fined"!)

Also remove all references to who was driving in your OP

Did the ticket machine have a keypad to enter the vehicles VRM? If so, maybe a typo in inputting. Did you retain the ticket?

But as Quentin says, the circumstances are irrelevant - just follow the tried and tested newbies advice and this will be brought under control. Make sure you don't miss any deadlines.
We cannot provide you with a silver bullet to get you out of this. You have to be in for the long run, and need to involve yourself in research and work for you to get rid of this. It is not simple. We will help, but can't do it for you.
