Holiday villa price 13th Jun 17 at 12:10 PM
Hi, hope this is the correct thread. I am looking for 2018 summer holiday and have found a villa but price is ridiculously cheap. It says £17 per night. When I go to book it still quotes that price but I think must be wrong. What happens if they turn round after I have paid and say should be eg £80 per night? Would I be liable to pay the extra? Thanks in advance.

There should be the option to pay the extra or a refund, if the agent is sufficiently reputable.

Is it advertised on other sites at a higher price?

I agree with Edicky if it is wrong.

Where have you seen it advertised? It sounds very wrong to me.

Is it £17 per person, per night? So if you book it might it multiply £17 x how ever many people you are booking for?

    Thanks for all the replies.

If you put in the dates I was of 17/7/18 - 27/7/18 for 2 adults 2 children it comes up £17 per night (for all 4)

The woman owner has since replied to my enquiry I sent last night about other questions and she does make point that the prices are incorrect and for those dates would be 1581.00 Euros so I was suspicious.

The old saying if it seems to be to good to be true.....

Thanks for the replies though, at the time she hadn't replied and I just wanted to know where I stood if did book.

I thought you were talking about a villa not an apartment on a complex, but even so £17 is obviously very wrong.

You haven't booked, and you have been told the correct price so the question of where you stand is irrelevant. Your card isn't charged until the owner accepts the booking anyway so any price discrepancy would be picked up then.

    Thanks again for the replies.
