Just a quick one, anyone have their mortgage with Coventry and done a product transfer on the end of their fixed rate mortgage? Just wondering on the process, will we have to go through full checks again? Thanks

I've done this. No further credit checks unless you are looking to borrow more money. You can arrange it over the phone and they will send you papers to sign.

If circumstances have changed or look likely to change in the next few months, I.e pregnancy does this have to be disclosed if doing a product transfer? Surely not?

From CBS point of view, they have already lent you the money, so changing the mortgage deal doesn't effect their security.
