Persimmon New Builds 12th Jun 17 at 2:29 PM
Hi guys, I've recently put down a deposit for a new persimmon home.

I've been searching everywhere but can't seem to find what come with persimmons basic kitchen, can anyone help, and also what about tiles etc do you just pick the ones that are included as standards.

    Thanks

Best bet is to ask your site. This can vary from site to site even within the same developer.

We aren't buying Persimmon but flooring isn't included, however our appliances and kitchen cupboards/worktops are. Other things to check whether included:

    - Outside light?
    - Outside tap?
    - Doorbell?
    - Fencing?
    - Turf?
    - Any patio stones in rear garden?

I had a choice between the free standard ones and paying extra for others.

I've got a copy of the Persimmon finishing touches with me, so any prices you want to know just ask and I can look them up.

No, I have a 48 page paper brochure which is too big to scan.

I have never bought anything from Persimmon and never will based on all negative reviews about them.

On a snagging forum, other developers have roughly 20 threads of queries but Persimmon has over 250 of topics, all complaints. Most of it due to poor build quality and absolutely horrid aftersales customer service.

I don't mean to be ignorant but just wondering if you have done you research into this developer? Or have you made up your mind that it is worth the risk?
