Yes, that means it's official now,
keep an eye on your email as the OR will email you within a couple of days usually, with the date and time of the telephone interview if they require one.

Its never as bad as you think it will be. They just need to get a feel of the circumstancies of your B.R and go through your S.O.A.
They do this day in day out and will have heard it all before, please do not worry you will be fine.

Don't worry to much, mine was fine, the OR was really friendly and it was only a 40 min call. Just remember that they aren't there to judge you, and it's all part of the process. They aren't there to give you a grilling, they just want a to know a little more about how you got in a mess, when you got the credit out, when you decided to go bankrupt and to also to make sure you know what happens next and understand the process etc

I went BR on the Friday, phone call from the OR Monday morning and, in less than an hour, all done and dusted. Perfectly friendly and non-judgemental. I was amazed at how little they actually wanted to know. Probably worked to the bone like most government departments these days.

    Just had my call

28 mins and it was ok. BUT not easy.
He questioned what I had recently bought on credit card and asked me to see if I could get refund on it as in this instance they would try get money back as an asset.

I'm hating myself to be honest.

Although I have no car. He asked if I drive. When was the last time I had a car! What I did with it ! How much i got for it !

Grilled and I felt I didn't have the answers and hummed and har'd a lot.

Hate life at the mo x

My examiner really couldn't have been nicer and I didn't feel like I was being grilled at all, they didn't ask anything about what I'd spent on my credit card recently. I'm really surprised that they suggested sending stuff back for a refund!
They will have asked about the car situation in case you sold one when you knew you where going bankrupt to stop them seizing it as an asset.
I'm hating myself too right now after the mess I've got myself into, but try not to. We humans make mistakes.. it's in our nature, the important thing is that we learn from it and strive better ourselves.
Just think of it as a fresh start and a financial reboot!

Refund is for a trip planned for October. Paid balance on CC in April and now I've been told I can get a refund of £950

OR wants this paid to him either by a refund from travel company or I can get family to pay the same amount for me to him which will allow me still to go on the trip and avoid cancellation.

    Oh boy !!

Nikki, he had my credit report in front of him which showed him a CC balance shot up in April by £950 and asked me what I had bought with that kind of money x
