Parking ticket problems 9th Jun 17 at 9:36 PM
    Hi everyone,

I've been a bit daft - I got a ticket in a shopping centre car park, in a blind panic I emailed them immediately, not only dropping myself in it as the driver, but before researching the company properly, or checking these forums. As it turns out, the company who issued the fine are not registered with the BPA or the IPC. Obviously, my appeal was rejected, and now I don't really know what to do. Have I completely dropped myself in it, should I just pay?

    Thanks in advance

    Chelsi

Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

But they are BPA AOS members. You just win at POPLA like almost everyone here does.

PRIVATE PCN in England/Wales? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT

Click on the trail, top of this page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
DON'T read old advice to ignore, unless in Scotland/NI.
