    also looking at the possibilities for useful fillers for a sada v sainsbob shop on shopimum there is a BOGOF offer for nakd bars - so if you bought 4 for 75p each in both stores total £3 - shopimum cashback of £1.50 and another 30p onto your ApG so finall total of £1.20 which is not too bad - better than buying chocolate anyway.
    I have these type of bars in my bag as emergency food having been stranded on a train for 10 hours ....

    Mind you its dependant on Sada having 4 different versions that sainsbobs also stocks ....
