Well the £1.07 cup a soups won't pick up the T price of 60p if they don't buy the right ones:

Really could have done with the Chocolate being £1 somewhere.
Heinz cup a soups 60p in T. I saw that msm shows some as going down in price in T very close to today and thought I might be caught by a price change - I was going to delay the receipt but I then turned the Internet back in time and saw the T offer running from 4th October and still with time to run. I still wouldn't trust them not to put the price to full price for a day though and then back down. Unfortunately I can't confirm whether any Heinz cup a soup is working vs T as they didn't buy any of them!

A's standard range Milk Chocolate Digestives (300g) at 44p each are a no-show as they are unavailable online so they don't affect anything - there should be more expensive prices elsewhere - but don't buy them expecting them to be an item towards 8 as they don't count. Currently don't count that is - they could suddenly appear in stock online, appear on comps. and subtract from some APGs.

The T comp. was still short of A not being 10% cheaper even if I reduced it by 60p (to change the Batchelors to the Heinz that they should have bought). Instead it offers 17p against M.

Now, do the Mr Sheen polishes (both N/A against T) pick up any M prices?

Yes, they do - £1.40 each for M!

They are £1 each in M and msm (although I don't trust these price graphs) showing that that has been on each of them for a while. If I trust it, it doesn't seem to have been a price change this week. In concentrating on T being 60p on the Heinz cup a soups, onl to find them buy Batchelors, I did not think to delay entering the receipt to ensure M data had been updated - but it doesn't seem to be a new offer this week anyway. So assuming everything else is correct in the M comp., the APG should have been significantly more than what it was but still under £1. Can someone check Wrexham again and see whether the Sheen Polishes are showing £1.40 there? TIA. It seems they have got some bad stores for the Mr Sheen SELs - after this, I would not buy any Mr Sheen products vs M!

Unfortunately that includes the Mr Sheen Leather Wipes that are nice high price in A (until they notice and put it down) and £1 in M. I would wait to give that offer time to bed down in M - it should be on until the end of the year but we never know, as it's better than normal offers (£1.50) it might not last - fwiw, although my early store on Monday had changed its SEL to the £1, my store in the afternoon still had full price £2.45 showing. I hope they buy them on wombles and we see them working, although typical they buy £1 items in A.

The Wood Polish is the one that I include on my lists because, to be honest, any other original or any flavoured version I see as the same as any bog-standard polish. I now doubt that the Wood Polish will work - although it's possible, that stores could be showing some versions with the £1 offer and other SELs at full price - or could have Wood Polish showing £1 in a store but no trace of the others at that store and hence getting £1.40 from fewer stores elsewhere - I have found occasionally inconsistent SEL displays - I think it is more likely stores are going to be showing the same across all of them, so it will more likely be a row of full price SELs. They do get incompletist though - Magnolia and Original versions of Mr Sheen tend to be farther along the right hand side of shelves, so maybe they have changed the Wood Polish SEL before they gave up on the job. I think it's most likely unchanged throughout - even after several weeks or over a month it seems (or maybe at some point they changed SELs to show full price, may have happened if they had a change of location of the aisles and were shifting stock around and have just omitted to show the £1 offer SELs ever since - then, because they are not new offers, maybe they don't get prompts as to what to change each week as these were missed (or got changed back to £1.40) and haven't been noticed?). Anything's possible frankly though.

Saw the most gorgeous twin pram today - twin carry-cots side-by-side on one wheeled frame. What made it special was that one was pink, the other blue. I have googled but can't find a picture, but it looked so sweet!

Very mild here, long may it last.

My T had mags but then I discovered that this little T does not stock that variety of Onken. Typical.

That's it for the receipts tonight but got a nice £1.50 back for my trouble. I decided that we couldn't hold on for some milk until tomorrow - so lost an item I could have used on a shop and got 10% if a glitch should come along - otherwise, apart from the 3 for 2s that I don't need, there seems almost nothing on current offers worth buying against T for example. The Heinz cup a soups were an idea but even they would end up 54p cost each. Apart from those, there seemed nothing else of interest so I just did a three item shop and spent a voucher of a little over £2! I did a walk to and from my nearest A. So, not too bad, £1.50 back. I am ignoring the 17p. The voucher was a little cheeky one as it was the one on which they'd used the 10% discount card but the prices appeared at non-discounted A prices - they also tore up their receipt, thinking I could not use it, including the transaction number at the top. However, I had the full TC# at the bottom and managed to use SS with the key in code of the voucher and the TC now working perfectly. Note that I chose my store carefully and did not get pounced upon.

I didn't check as I just don't seem to spend much time in A after I've done my shop (unless time is added to by an overcharge) - sorry I just walked straight out and forgot to check it - may not have had the items in a small supermarket anyway - but the Quorn frozen chicken nuggets - they are really £1.90 each aren't they and not on the 4 for £6? They are the one that has been showing straight £1.90 online, as far as I know since they went up, but can we check to see that 4 really aren't the mbuy price? I forgot sorry, TIA. I am feeling they might slip into the mbuy tomorrow but the mbuy pricing already have reached the system at the start of the offer for them. They have not been silently on 4 for £6 for the past few days have they?

Three of these are not 20% off £9.90 and then £3.30x3 vs £2x3 are they? How does the 20% off offer work with the price-matching that the TBG should do?

Separately - I don't know how 20% works on purchases of six total - so maybe a separate shop* (spending yet more as needing 10 different items on each), if this is like the 'cheapest free' - does this for example give £1.50x3 vs £1.00x3 against A?

As far as I know, msm is wrong: it isn't get 20% off the third item, instead it is buy three and save 20% (on the entire cost of the three items, obtained by totalling together T.com's advertised individual prices - I would say T's shelf prices instore, but can't assume your displayed shelf price is correct - I'm just clarifying (or trying to) that I mean the total cost for this purpose is T's own prices prior to any TBG matching and I'm not referring to T's prices as being those of the competitor that it's matching via TBG on the actual bill amount it presents after any TBG discount. As far as I understand, it's 20% off that total cost when buying 3 - that's what the promotion's wording says to me anyway).

Mind you, I didn't do too badly getting 8 out of the 2 that I was told about by my stores. The Chicken in White Wine Sauce may not even exist in M but I bet it does! I will add Sweet & Sour Chicken, Salmon & Broccoli Wedges and Pasta Bolognese after I have a quick look into them.

EDIT: Sweet & Sour Chicken is one of the "Signature Recipes" products - I will take it as 78p. It's one that is showing "---" for M on msm, rather than a price and out of stock. I did do a search for m.com but didn't turn it up. Well done, it's here: https://groceries.morrisons.com/webshop/product/Weight-Watchers-from-Heinz-Signature-Recipes-Sweet-and-Sour-Chicken/120817011?dnr=y - definitely available in M! (I have probably referred to people to it through my "currently sourcing... information" search, obviously I haven't been able to go through all the results, that hopefully brought it up in all of those numerous pages. It has, as I suggested, gone onto RTC in M!)

EDIT 2: Salmon & Broccoli Wedges - clearly available in M, you are telling me it is precisely that, and I would confidently confirm that is the case - search for the product name on m.com leads to a largely blank page - "Sorry, we don't have the requested information...", another surely sure sign of an RTC! On the basis that they don't have the information, I will add it to the list and I have the information instead of them.

EDIT 3: Pasta Bolognese - not sure where that is: my online search brings up Bolognese Al Forno 360g which is claimed to be £2.50 in M and I don't have information to dispute that at present. Thanks, we got 2 out of 3.

Wondering if anyone can help me - wondering whether the

is showing full price or whether it's showing 3 for £1 in M? I don't have it in stores available to me - people in Leicester and Chorlton, Greater Manchester will I think have it - Leicester at the far back of the store, Chorlton also in the world foods aisle (top shelf of both I think) the aisle the one behind the first one you walk into, that's the one with the Jamaican Pattes and Lancashire Farm stuff I think, it's the next one behind that, when you walk in on the right hand side of the store (is that the one nearest the metro station?). TIA().

  • Hurrah! The ASA's ruled against 2 fake Facebook ads using my image https://t.co/GvNrqDPOC5 tho Facebook still shows others

  • PS Today's poll is obviously inspired by the real question I was asked and tweeted about last night.

  • Not all firms have panels and HR teams. There are many very small businesses out there without such resources :) https://t.co/cLo0zO7Yqu
