Someone in my club was collecting ring pulls from empty cans. I had to ask why peeps still collected them as I thought the whole can was aluminium
I was surprised with the answer
Without googling does anyone know why the rings are collected
They are worth 1p each for charity
Answer when I get my next pint

Went and did a few shops in S tonight. At SS, I didnt notice the red light on the catalina machine, indicating it had no paper
Went to customer service, and the lovely man added 5000 points to my card...I was gobsmacked! He also did the same for the man who was behind me in the queue who was also going to complain.

If you have no further discount such as a staff discount, T's deal on the Eday Sponge Mix, if you were to stick to buying three packs, is more expensive than buying a single pack in A or M.

    T 300g 40p each. 20% off when buying 3 = £1.20 *.8 = 96p. 96/3 = 32p each.
    32p for 300g = just over 24.2133...p per 227g and 24p per 225g.

227g Sponge Mix at A for 22p each. M 225g 22p. A may be a shade under 20p if you have a colleague discount card or if you compare Avs M. M may have staff discount there and work out roughly same price although it is 2g less so technically not the same. Even without that, still works out cheaper than buying in triplicate on T's offer.

Spent £40 odd on fuel and £40 odd in store, with triple points vouchers etc, got 7,496 in points, including one magic 5000! That seems to be £37.48 so I am a very happy bunny. One of the 200 pointers was from the person before me in the queue without a Nectar card. I decided afterwards that if that shop had given me the 5000, I would have to had given him a tenner or something!

What cheap things are people buying at S please? I stocked up on Atrixo hand cream which is a good price and I also did three free cashback things.

Now I am going to bed. Goodnight all. Dream of bonus Nectar points and wonderful A whoopsies on Sunday!

?? Why have I just had to watch a 'My Little Pony' film advert at 12:20 at night? Most odd!
