    Thanks for answers so far, so I can rule out that its the MOC. The staff assured me that wine and beer works but if anyone can confirm that it works for them I can rule that out too

    I got 2 x 500, 1 x 1000 and 1 x 200 for petrol and instore the catalinas were very conveniently down, so I took 3 x receipts to a stroppy cs and she gave me 1000 points. Not too bad

    Ginger Ale 20p label again but empty shelf!

    200 Fuel.
    1000 Jeans.
    200 muggle shop.

    Lady in front of me had a 5000 she asked sa what to do with it, sa told her to save it until next week!
    Luckily I saw her on the way out and advised her to go to CS and add it straight away!

    absolutely livid with BT - does anyone have any phone numbers for English people that might have an idea of what I am talking about! spent an hour on livechat/phone this morning - assured all sorted and now an email to say its not. Really had enough!
