    There is a Debenhams in Wrexham but it depends if these Debenhams have a rituals counter doesn t it ? Oh God I donít think I fancy that trip to Liverpool . Was thinking of going on Friday and get the free drink from Hotel chocolate but donít know if it includes the hot chocolate . Donít think ive heard of Liverpool parkway . It isn t on the usual route from Chester is it.

    I've got no energy and have been given some new medication because my sodium levels are going down again.Not sure if they are doing anything yet.

    Just a quickie. If I order a delivery from Ts will it be the online price?

    Just looking at Cadbury retro boxes and they seem rather cheap. Worried it's the wrong price online!

    Thank you scamps I did see this the other day but when I typed Chester in the box it didn t come up but I ll try on Friday . Would like one for Dawn but donít know if they ll let me have two even though Iíve got separate emails

    Well thanks for that. I was sure I read free. But by the time I came home was half price. It shows 1.35 Cb for yesterday I will just live with it I win more than I lose. But glad some else seen it.

    Perhaps you need to do a food diary, take it too group and ask consultant to look at it, but make sure you write every drink and piece of food down that goes in your mouth x
