Hope your foot is ok, I've had pain in my middle toe for over a week, thought it was arthritis in the joint. Today I've got 2 small bruises appear and I've not knocked it. Unless I kicked out in my sleep had no complaints though

Good for DD, they can go home and settle back in xx

Im a board guide on Pie Making Moneysaving. I'm a volunteer to help the pie production & consumption run smoothly. I can help merge tastes and fillings. Any pies made are mine & are not those of other Moneysavingexperts. Im a board guide not a qualified baker and as such do not make every type of pie. If you spot a quiche or flan please report it.

I think they are amazing, the silk they spin is stronger than steel, and if you look closely at them some of them have very intricate markings.

Quite funny, at one of the homes we do some work at we are friends with one of the clerical staff, I was standing there looking at something outside and she came over to see what it was, I was looking at a false widow spider and I have never seen her move so fast when she saw it

Well I've been planning my frugal October

I haven't got a lot of slack really as I don't spend a lot on groceries anyway. But here goes.

I'm starting off with £10 in my purse and I'll see how far I can get. I have full cupboards and freezers but we will need fresh fruit and veg which I think will be mainly covered by wombles

I need to have a good stocktake and a bit of a chuck out. I'm embarrassed to admit that I have noodles etc going back to the big A glitch. If I get that stuff thrown out, I can then bring stuff up to replace it. I have tins of salmon that will cover for lunches, plenty of chicken for DD ...I might have to be creative with the tinned fruit....it's full of sugar.....and can anyone tell me why I have evaporated milk

I'm going to have another ebay push too.

I'm going to fully partake in the Swipe and win promo as it's a no brainer and I've planned my shops.

    1 cat food shop
    2 Tassimo shops
At least one coupon/ cashback shop
    Petrol obviously

Apart from that there's nothing to stop me having a really good month

Trulymadly - I too have a tin of evaporated milk in my store cupboard! Dread to think of the date on it. Perhaps you could use it with your tinned fruit like we had in the sixties/seventies!
