    Is child benefit and child maintenance included in my earningsfor bankruptcy? All the calculators ive done include it but this is for the kids not me, how does that work

    Hi nikkirr

    You must include child benefit and child maintenance as income on your bankruptcy application. Don’t worry though, you will also be listing your outgoings including the money that you spend on your children. Hope this helps.

    Ok so if they do swimming lessons and dance class am i able to list those as they are paid out of csa payment

    Yes list them, list all your expenses. The O.R will go through your S.O.A and discuss with you.
