Very hot and sunny in the New Forest, could do with a bit more of a breeze.

Glorious here in Turk Town, with a fresh cooling breeze.

I think me and the cook will get on our bikes, cycle down to the lovely waterfront by the Gosport Ferry.....buy a bag of chips each, and enjoy watching all the traffic on the water in and out of Pompey Harbour for a couple of hours.

Not bad here - it's clouded over so has cooled down a bit!

It's looking quite nice in Guernsey where I'm headed later

Our youngest son has just been back in Blighty for 2 weeks, doing a very interesting course at the home office in Croydon.

He's looking forward to getting back to his air conditioned everything in Saudi Arabia tomorrow.

Been sweltering here today. Had some sun and cloud but even when the sun disappeared it was/is still hot. I don't mind the heat if if I don't need to do anything and can just flop out but today I had quite a lot to do so felt the heat a bit.

29.5c max today. Had about a quarter of the sky with clouds this early afternoon.

Come back to my lovely cool flat.

    Fantastic.

I love hot weather. Off to the Med next week where it was 35 degrees today. Singapore later and Australia for Christmas.

Hot and sunny, only about 21C but felt much hotter, a bit sticky as well even at 7am.

Too hot at 26c in Edinburgh - still 22c as I write.

We decided to go out and about yesterday as the weather was hot and sunny, not a cloud in the sky.

We decided to avoid the coast as we knew it would be packed and difficult to park. We started off with a food fair, had our first ice cream of the year and ended up on Dartmoor.

    Lovely day
