Stamp Duty on New Build 18th May 17 at 11:51 PM
If I've owned some land for over ten years and used it as a builders yard and now have planning to build a home is there any stamp duty or tax to pay?
Land was far less than £125k 10 years ago. So what would I pay?

    Thanks
