    HCEO - Bailiffs 18th May 17 at 2:38 PM
    Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of using them?

If they don't keep to their side of the agreement, can you just let go and find another set of HCEO?

I was being represented by the Liverpool / Colwyn Bay office. Their side of the agreement was a revisit to the debtor would have to be made within 14 days of the last visit. They made 2 visits and the last one was 13/04/2017. 14 days have now passed. Can I just go ahead and terminate the agreement based on them not doing what they said they would?

Sorry, I'm not entirely sure how it works hence asking on here. Has anyone any experience? Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Many thanks,

What date was the first visit? If the second one was within 14 days of the first then that appears to be conforming to their agreement - it's surely not an open-ended agreement where they will keep visiting every 14 days until the end of time!

They do a maximum of 3 visits. I spoke to the HCEO after the second visit and he said the case was a priority and their terms of agreement said he would have to go back in 14 days. I didn't expect him to go running back immediately.

3 visits have not been completed and the last visit was well over 14 days hence asking.
