Child care listing websites? 17th May 17 at 4:51 PM
Hi, we are currently looking for a childminder for our little one. I am just wondering if anybody has any good websites that list these services? I've been on to childcare.co.uk and although they list various services, they charge £25pm to have access to a message facility!

Government website of registered childminders https://www.gov.uk/find-registered-childminder

Edit: just had a go on it and it will link to your council page that should have a list in your area. Bit annoying I suppose if you live near a council border, so if that's the case I'd try another postcode in the other area

I second checking the council. We had a list and everyone on there had to be qualified, registered and inspected.
