We all do things everyday that are interesting which we tell people about but we never talk about the mildly interesting things we have done

At work today, there was no clean tea spoons so i folded a large straw in half and used it as a spoon to stir my tea.

Its not the most interesting thing, but it is mildly interesting

Walked down town at a good pace and bought a security marking pack from the crime prevention stall. Made an appointment for eye test.

Nothing interesting today, but went to see The Addams Family last night. Thoroughly enjoyed it, apparently there were lots of slebs there, but they could have been sitting beside me and I still would not have recognised them! Although I did see Debbie McGee, but only because the cameras went off beside me
Did my LBM in reverseFinally debt free with money in the bank!

I know I am getting old, but there is no need for my consultant to age me by another 10 years 😉

I walked to the bank in the mildly pouring rain....... I have a good waterproof coat.

I paid my credit card bills. (For the first time in years, I've had to pay some interest on one of them, because the bill got buried under a pile of papers and I forgot to pay it in time. I realised 3 days after the due date. So have been charged interest plus a default fine.
    My own mildly stupid fault).

Bought a prawn makhani for lunch. Yum.
Bought two egg custard tarts. Mildly ok, but nothing to write home about.

Got home just in time for the postman who knocked because he had a packet too big for the letterbox. Mildly pleased that I wasn't still out when he called, and mildly delighted, because it was some Vitamin supplements I had only ordered yesterday!

I learned that hamsters are illegal in Australia (and Hawaii, among other places).

It was just one of those facts that struck me as interesting as it had never occurred to me that they don't have hamsters in Australia, or that they're potentially 'dangerous'. You think of them as being rather harmless things.

I drank a bottle of Spanish wine as well as Shiraz.
It was cheaper, but I prefer the Shiraz.

I tried a recipe I found on you tube. It didn't go well, I spent loads on the ingredients and I've just upchucked all over the bed, to the cats disgust.

So far, I have mostly eaten some breaded haddock. It was very mild-tasting. Mildly disappointing, really.

I lathered, rinsed, and repeated when washing my hair to see if it made any difference to a normal hair wash.
    It didn't.
