Ok this might sound funny to people but basically...

A couple of days we came back to find about 1000kg of animal manure on our drive. The invoice included shows that its our address but the previous occupiers.

I believe they paid through paypal and didn't change their details.

Long story short, we've been onto both the supplier of the dung and the previous owners. We've been promised it would be taken away today (surprise it hasn't)

What stance do we have on getting this removed e.g. is this legal matter, can we get the council onto it, can we report the previous owners.

I've been polite but firm with the previous owners stating if they don't sort then we'll take the next steps.

I just dont know what the next steps are..
