    A 25 year £10 million study by Glasgow uni found dead people do not cycle as much as those who are still alive.

    So the message form Glasgow Uni is get on your bike or die.

    Ive just started biking it to work. Dont like pootling about at 10mph so built myself an electric bike so i can now shoot about at 30-35 and fly up hills. The UK has really restrictive laws on bikes, 250w rated motor only. If this was increased to allow 1000w rated motors then you'd get far more people out of cars, not only that they'd arrive at work fresh and not sweaty.
