    Cheap headline fares if you are HBO and take your own refreshments. The next level fare starts at £460 return which gives a seat reservation, refreshments and 20kg luggage. So for around that price or even less one could have a choice of a number of airlines from London.

    An advantage of the Norwegian deal is that it is a direct flight.
