Postal or Phone Signing on Universal Credit 19th Apr 17 at 5:42 PM
Has anybody got any experience of this?

Been told by a work coach that Postal Signing is no longer available on Universal Credit,
    is this correct?

Was told I may be able to provide job search evidence via the phone, but would have to give my
Work Coach access to my Universal Jobmatch.

Anybody here been able to provide job evidence via phone or email on Universal Credit?

Also, Is there any written records of what the procedure for postal signers on Universal Credit.

    Thanks
