Any Idea Time Frames 19th Apr 17 at 1:03 PM
    Hi All

I have sold my house to someone who is at the end of their rental agreement in their current property.

I have got myself a rental property to move into.

The surveyor came yesterday to my property.

Realistically if there are no hiccups how long should the completion take???

Any ideas, my property is free from the 28th April so trying to get deadlines etc.

    Thank you.

More info needed before it's possible to give you a helpful answer.

Have solicitors been instructed? Have draft contracts gone out?
How long do searches take in your area?

Does your buyer need a mortgage?

    Is your property freehold/leasehold?

If it takes any less than 8 weeks you are doing well in my view.
