    Hi,
    I've bought an item from Amazon.de. My credit card provider charges 2.99% for the euro transaction. if I return the item for refund do I get the fee for using the card abroad back also?

    No, and you will also be charged a conversion fee on the refund.

    It depends on the company generally it isnt refunded
