Does anyone have any feedback on selling houses with Purple bricks in Scotland? They have great feedback on Trust Pilot but would like to know how many of those houses are sold in Scotland.

I looked at getting information from them for a property for sale but it was obvious they had no idea on the differences in Scotland i.e. Freehold and chains, so I passed and went to look at other properties.

Thanks. When was this that you approached them?

Any online agent is going to be fairly similar. At the end of the day you are paying for an ad on Rightmove.

In my experience online agents are good if you are selling a flat or something low value. Regular agents will get you more viewings if you are higher up the price bracket.

I have just sold through them. If you're thinking of using them, make sure the property expert is local or else they can be a nightmare.

Property was on the market 8 days, easy to get hold of and will soon see what their solicitors are like.

    So far so good

Thanks for all the replies. APJS87. I would appreciate an update when you finally close the deal. I believe you can use your own solicitor or surveyor. You dont have to use theirs.
