Bill Jelen (Mr Excel) is giving away a free ebook with 300+ tips for using Excel 2007. Its 16MB so probably broadband only

Thank you very much. I love Excel and this ebook will prove invaluable 
PS it was only 13Mb and took about 3 seconds to download on my humble Virgin Media Broadband package of up to 10 Mb/s
