Home Buyers Protection Insurance 20th Mar 17 at 4:08 PM
Just had an offer accepted on a property and we're in the process of selling ours.

Just wondering if anyone had taken out the attached insurance? Seems to only be one real supplier that I can find (http://hoa.org.uk/advice/guides-for-homeowners/i-am-buying/homebuyer-protection-insurance/) tho there may be others...

I've never bought and sold before (only been 1st time buyer), and obviously if things fall through there are obviously a lot of sunk costs so seems sensibe...

Anyone got experience on claiming or using?!
