Received PCN and final notice from Flash Park.
Should I do a letter of representation or ignore them as I fell that they are not a legitimate company.

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then appeal using the BPA template in blue you will find there.

Please also supply more information such as date of alleged event, whether there was a windscreen ticket t not, and when the NTK was received.

Do not reveal who was driving at any point, not even on here.

Although they are run by a Muppet in an unregulated industry, they can loosely be described as a legitimate company.

The date of the alleged event was 17/02/17 and no parking ticket is visible in the photo provided nor on their website.

PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

Assuming you don't intend paying then follow the advice in the newbies FAQ thread and wait and see if they try court action

Looks like you are still at the Debt Recovery stage despite the letter appearing to come from Gladstones as they are telling you to pay DRP.

You are waiting (if it comes) for the actual LBC from Gladstones and/or the MCOL (Money Claim On Line). As they say they have 6 years to do this from the time of the incident.

Same as everyone else with the same letter, seen all the time on here and on pepipoo.

It's a debt letter - ignore it or reply using a version of the response you find when you search the forum for the word 'Gallstones' (not gladstones).
