Replace existing 30 year old boiler with:
Worcester greenstar 18RI
New Flue
Worcester magnetic filter
Cylinder thermostat
3 way valve thing
New pump (grundfos)
2x Drayton TRVs
Drayton digistat+2 and Drayton LP522 programmer
Powerflush
Remove 1 rad we dont use, fit condense pipe to outside, assocated pipework etc

Seems about right. Roughly 50/50 materials:labour.
You can probably get that down to 3.5-3.8 if you dig0 -
We have been quoted similar in South Hampshire (when discussed as part of a loft extension)
The last install we had in the old house we used an ebay installer.
If you search ebay for the specific model mentioned and installation there is a company offering to install for £1125 including the boiler.
There are catches - its not local (but there are similar local companies to you), it doesnt include a flush, or any of your other extras, so its not a like for like quote but as you can see the price is only 25% of the price you have been quoted.
I would give them (or any one of the others also advertising on there) and run through what you need.0
