    Myhermes issue..

Myhermes issue.. 17th Mar 17 at 7:33 PM
I contacted a small shop today I purchased from to say my order hasn't arrived.

She has sent tracking info that myhermes posted it through my door last Thursday.
I was home all day and nothing has come through from this seller.

The online tracking says it's been delivered to my door.
The seller said she'd raise claim with myhermes.

But really am i now out of pocket. If i raise paypal claim ill lose as she has tracking post info..
Is there anything I can do?
I'll wait to see what myhermes say, but thats likely to take weeks?!

Check the distance selling regulations wording - I'm sure someone will be along in a minute with a link for you.

With mail order, it's the supplier's problem to get the item to you.

You have not received it, so are entitled to a full refund or a replacement item. It's then up to the seller to recover the cost from Hermes.

Would the parcel fit through your letterbox? It would probably strengthen your case if the item clearly wouldn't fit through.

Try the same number as you in the next street. DPD did that to me last week and I'd thought they were the most reliable of the lot.

I have had this issue withhermes for ages they leave parcels on the doorstep without bothering to ring the doorbell I often find parcels that have left on a Friday afternoon and have been on the step till Monday also there are parcels I have never received and paid for and have to wait for a refund. Are Hermes the worst delivery company?
Yes, it's true hell IS other people
And remember the problem is them, not you.

Have you been back in touch with your seller? As a seller myself, if we have a disputed delivery we make the claim and refund the buyer. Hermes do make mistakes, all carriers do. You've just got to hope your seller will give you the customer services you now need.
