    From this month, the ONS switches from CPI to CPIH as a preferred measure. It is also discontinuing some RPI-related indices - basically leaving just the RPI and RPIX.

    CPIH has, historically, been lower than the CPI, but of late has been slightly higher. I wonder if the Government will switch to the CPIH - and if they do will it replace the CPI - or the RPI?
