Any experience of SimplyAdverse mortgage advisor? 16th Mar 17 at 4:05 PM
Hi All, We are looking for an adverse credit mortgage and want to ensure we use a specialist broker. Does anyone have any knowledge of Simply Adverse? They seem very helpful so far - they seem to be part of the Intrinsic network

Dave Ham's not been around for a while, but he's pretty well thought of around here.

The trustpilot reviews are good and I've searched the forum on here which suggests they are a good choice.

I just don't want any searches done unless I'm absolutely sure its a knowledgeable broker. Don't need any declines on our already rubbish reports!

No complaints here - very happy with Dave and his team.

Did a great job on our purchase of this property and fingers crossed, we are close to him sorting out a remortgage.
Hi. Martin has asked me to tell you I'm a Board Guide on the following boards: Mortgages & Endowments, Mortgage-Free Wannabe, House Buying, Renting & Selling, Small Biz & Charities' MoneySaving and Charities.

I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly, and I can move and merge posts on there. Board guides are not moderators and don't read every post. If you spot an inappropriate or illegal post then please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com (it's not part of my role to deal with this). Any views are mine and not the official line of MoneySavingExpert.com.
