Disabled Child turning 18. 15th Mar 17 at 12:15 PM
Can someone please give me some advice. I've tried Google but ended up more confused.

My 17 year old son currently gets Enhanced PIP (both care and mobility).
I am a single parent and care for him full time, so i get Carers Allowance and Income Support.
I also get Child Tax Credits, with the Severe Disability premium added.

What happens to my benefits when my son turns 18? Are the rules the same as with Non-Disabled children (Child tax Credits and Child Benefit stop)?

Then you will continue to receive CTC and CB.

They continue until the child is 20 if in FTNAE

You will have to supply the name of the course to Child Benefit and CTC.
