VCS trashed in court 14th Mar 17 at 8:08 PM
The Prankster refers to a thread on here, not sure which one, someone here will say

Court report - new lay representative trashes VCS. Cannot read signs in dark
    C7DP3H5T – VCS v Mr. O’C, 14/03/2017

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2017/03/court-report-new-lay-representative.html

Miss Rehman of Elms Legal represented VCS.
    (CLEARLY A BAD IDEA)

Does this mean that Simon Renshaw-Smith has finished his love affair with BWLegal ?

It was a thread on here. The poster has said he will update in due course.

Considering BWL's recent habit of trying to settle then discontinuing, I'm actually amazed they went through with this.

I'm more amazed the judge didn't think it was unreasonable for them to do so.

Well done, Lamilad, the new lay rep extraordinaire, despite having had to overcome some dirty tricks in your own case with the pepipoo thread mysteriously falling into Excel's lap...hmmm...
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

Click on Lamilad's name and select View public profile. Once there select Find all threads started by Lamilad. Once there you'll find 3 threads (at the moment) to choose from.

In that case we'll need Lamilad to advise ... he's likely to know since he lay rep'd for the court case.
