Making External Payments from Savings Accounts? 13th Mar 17 at 8:04 PM
Does anyone know of a savings account (not a current account) that:

    A) Has high-street branches, and
    B) Has online access, and
    C) Will let you make external payments to other banks, not just internal transfers?

I've got no BoS near here, but I'll ask Halifax and TSB - thanks.
