Webuyanyphone - poor service 13th Mar 17 at 6:39 PM
Have recently sent an iPhone 7 to this company as they offered a competitive rate and quick payouts, also the reviews initially looked good. So far my phone has been gone over a week with no sign of anything happening. Every time I call gets a different excuse. I just want to know if other people have used them and what their experience is.

I've used them twice in the past (12 months ago) the service was very good......however, I used them nearly 5 weeks ago now and I'm still waiting for my payment. I chased them up with an email and got a reply back advising they were very busy etc etc and it would be processed by one of the technical team ASAP - I'm still waiting and have emailed them again today...

Same situation here , I trusted them , sent my iphone quiet new , and when received they have claimed that my phone had marks , i have then requested them to return my phone , but they refused and told me that i had to accept their offer.
Im now taking further as i want my phone back. i will let you know how it goes and what action you can take against those crap companies.

    Hi
In the same situation as you, requested return as offer was unacceptable, e-mailed and rang daily to find out when I'd get phone back, only to see even though they accepted my request to return phone (automated email) they have paid offer I turned down into my account 10 days later.
How are you getting on, what action will you take to get compensation from them?

Why would anyone send a valuable item, such as an iPhone 7, to an outfit like "we buy any phone"?

There have been other, similar, tales of woe posted on this forum.

We traded in our old phones at an Apple Store, they issue vouchers on the spot. More info and an estimated trade in price can be found via the Apple web site:
