    Complete revamp and update of the house, with a designer to organise it.

    The only thing I'd keep would be the lovely old chesterfield. Dining room and kitchen are fine, too. We had them done last year.

    eta. Wow, that's not bad. £10k lump sum repayment to mortgage + new fence round back garden + new gate across front drive + substantial holiday + private respite arrangements for littl'un.

    LIttl'un would come on holiday with us. Respite is to give us a break at other times, something Children's Services are refusing to provide.
