    hello ive apply for a credit card to pay off a loan ive been pre approved for a card and ive looked at the interest rate and notice they a monthly charge and just wondering if that after the 0% ends or while 0% in action

    thank for any help im clueless on credit cards

    If you are so clueless about credit cards then you probably don't already have one which makes it somewhat unlikely that you have been pre-approved for a 0% money transfer card.
    Perhaps you could take some English lessons as well and learn about capital letters, full stops, punctuation, tenses etc while you are about it.
