Selling certificated shares held in joint names 11th Mar 17 at 10:10 AM
I have shares in 2 companies, one lot held in joint names. We want to sell part of the joint holding this tax year (to stay below CGT allowances) and the rest next year. That would take me above my CGT allowance next year so would like the balance of the joint holding transferred to wife or (adult) child.

    Cheapest way to do this?
