The type where there is a note on your receipt saying if you leave your opinion about your shopping experience, you will be entered into a prize draw.

Just curious if anyone ever actually wins the prizes on these things?

I've entered hundreds of times with ASDA, Pets at Home, Morrisons and more ...... all I ever seem to get from them is spam e-mails!!

To be honest I don't generally bother, waste of time to me.

The only time I do fill them in if I have had excellent service above and beyond what I expected.

I also fill them in when I had the reverse, bad service.

    NEVER won anything on them.

Not a supermarket but I filled in a Halford's one because I was really impressed with the guys in the shop and felt they deserved a mention. Had an email 2 days later to say I'd won £250! I never usually bother with them tho.

There was other discussion about this because I remember someone was entering several Tesco grocery store receipts at a time but only one entry per month counts and earns the 25 clubcard points.

Not supermarket ones, but I've won from two brand surveys in the past. Interestingly though, both times I had genuine positive feedback. I'd like to know if anyone has ever won one if they criticize!

I have to say that I generally do leave positive feedback because 99% of the time the staff are very good and the products are fine.....but I am honest if I've had a bad experience too and I wonder if that gets me a black mark against my name haha
