    I switched from Future Energy on 2nd August and they continued to take DD payments for three months I rang them 10th October and received a refund of the payments.

    I am still awaiting my final bill and and over payment refund its now the 7th December, all I get is excuses, I have now given them 7 days to get it sorted or I will contact the ombudsman.
